Soon after obtaining a first-class bachelor of Civil Engineering degree in 1993, I have entered in a Challenging field of Demolition sector. From last two Decades, I have been in Demolition Industry by undertaking any type of Challenging structural demolition project and completing the same in a successful Safety Manner. While executing any demolition project, I obey and take Consideration of all the rules and Regulations of local authority government sector engineering such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and DCCA.

I work to accredited and award-winning standard and I follows a Maximizing efficiency while minimizing disruption all to the benefit of client and Neighbor. I carefully evaluate all project to identify the technique that will provide the safety method of demolition.

After completing my Civil Engineering in 1992, I have been working in Construction and Demolition industry for 25 Years in United Arab Emirates. In my last 2 Decade of Service, I have worked in different sectors from construction project manager and Finance Control Etc.
Presently I am acting as a finance Controller and Managing Al Nasr in Miscellaneous ways to complete the projects in specified budgets.

I confirm that myself to be proved as a beneficial and efficient engineer, I have appeared and got passed the multistoried demolition exam conducted by Dubai Municipality.
As a responsible engineer I have proven track record of Successful Completion of many Demolition project and delivering my skill and Knowledge on Numerous Challenging and deep complex demolition project, along with ensuring delivery on time and economical budget. I am able to utilize and provide a suit of Complementary services depending on the Project and client requirement with maintaining the highest level of safety, Sustainability and environment Management.

I have 15 Years of Experience in Executing site demolition work for High Rise Building & Industrial Sheds In UAE. After completing Civil Engineering and Safety construction as OSHA & Nebosh. I’m an Approved Safety Engineer from Dubai Municipality, Trakhees. I have Executed As a site Supervisor for Explosion of Buildings in UAE worked As a Joint Venture UK Based Group DDM. I used to take care of Complete Demolition project sites or other location to determine the appropriate safety protocols’ will be closely involved and focused on the project in the safety aspect, no matter how complex the job, I will provide a suitable, Effective & Efficient Solution.
